It might be worth a look if you've already got a Kodak account, but in the rest of cases, we'd advise you to look elsewhere.
You can use Kodak Easyshare without actually having a Kodak account, however you'll find many places in the application where it encourages you to do so.

No thanks Submit review. While Kodak Easyshare seems quite good at photo sharing, we found it a bit limited as photo manager. The app also seemed to take up an inordinate amount of memory, and as a result could be a sluggish and buggy.
Modak know Kodak closed their site but did they transfer us to Picasa?
